Meet "Biscuit" a 5 year old neutered male and current on all of his vaccinations. Biscuit was an "owner surrender" that took him to the Adams County Animal Shelter. And in turn, ACAS called Rocky Mountain Yorkie Rescue because they have no vet on staff and he needed to be placed immediately.
